Q What is the minimum hire order?
A: We have a minimum order of $450 (excluding GST and the security bond)
If you are dry hiring (you pick-up and drop-off to our stockroom) a minimum of $200 is required.
Q: Can I dry hire on all items?
A: Most of our items are available for dry hire however some items cannot be dry hired due to being fragile or requiring professional assembly.
Q: What if it’s raining on my wedding day ?
A: We do our best to provide the items you have chosen for your wedding, however sometimes due to rain we may need to make alternative arrangements on the items chosen, due to the fragility and vintage pieces that we hire.
Q: Where do we pick-up our items if dry hiring?
A: Pick-up is at our stockroom in Coolum Beach, QLD. All items must be picked up and returned on the agreed date and time to avoid any late fees. Additionally, you must complete our collection form prior to pick-up.
Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: To confirm your booking and secure your items a 40% deposit of the total order is required along with your signed booking form. The final amount owing must be paid 30 days prior to your event date along with a fully refundable security bond of $200 or 20% of the total order (whichever is greater).
Q: Why is a security bond required?
A: A security bond is held by TVS in the event of broken or damaged goods whilst in the care of the hirer. Once all items have been returned to TVS in original condition your security bond will be fully refunded.
